Maintenance Technician I

Location: San Antonio, TX

Shift: 1st & 2nd Shifts

Join Our Maintenance Tech Team

Work You Will Do:

  • Support production departments with preventative maintenance of the mechanical equipment to ensure it is predictable and is maintained to an excellent condition. 
  • Support the production departments with movements of large tonnage chillers for production.
  • Maintain spreaders bars and chains for moving production chillers.
  • Utilize large overhead cranes to move production chillers.
  • Utilize a forklift to move equipment.
  • Preventative maintenance of all plant equipment.
  • Assist the production departments with 5S projects.
  • Support maintenance technician with minor mechanical repairs to plant equipment
  • Use standard formats to audit the autonomous maintenance done by operators.
  • Give training to operators to improve the effectiveness of autonomous maintenance.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Requires a minimum of two experience in a manufacturing environment.
