Shrink wrap will have the ability to apply past hands-on manufacturing experience into the product.
Successfully apply cleaning, labeling, pre-inspect, packing, and shrink-wrap discipline into all standard and complex models. E.g., YX, CYK, YD, NEMA, seismic.
Successfully apply “Rock and Roll” drying process into all standard and complex models. E.g., YX, CYK, YD, NEMA, seismic.
Operate manual and semi-automatic power and air hand tools.
Operate propane-based flame-shrinking equipment.
Maintain safe work practices.
Conduct quality visual inspections.
Keep inventory of tools, equipment, and material.
Perform daily inspections on crane, forklift, and equipment to be used daily.
Read and review blueprints and specifications; ensure drawings and specifications will function as designed in the environment intended for use.
Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects.
Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology, compliance, and repair/rework techniques on discrepancies.
Participate in training program as trainee/trainer as required.
Other assigned work as required.

Required:

Able to read and understand production AutoCAD 2D drawings, blueprints, work orders and other written instructions.
Follow Operation Description Sheet (ODS), Safety Operational Sheet (SOS), Visual Quality Acceptance Form (VQA), and Training Documents.
High School Diploma, GED or certifications.

Preferred:

6+ months experience in a manufacturing environment.
Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in diverse working environments.
Able to work well under pressure.
Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always.
