Machine Operators

Location: Largo, FL

Shift: 2nd Shift, Coil Shop (Hairpin Bender & Expander)

Join Our Machine Operator Team

Work You Will Do:

  • Set up and operate various metal fabrication machines (e.g., Brake Press, Turret, Fin Press) to cut, shape, and form metal parts per blueprints and specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure proper machine setup and adherence to quality standards

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 6+ months of machine operation or similar manufacturing experience required
  • Able to interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Able to stand or walk for long periods on hard surfaces 
  • Comfortable working in physically demanding, noisy, dusty, fast-paced environment, and non-climate-controlled environment
  • Able to frequently lift 30-40 lbs and occasionally lift 50 lbs 
  • Able to perform repetitive motions, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in confined spaces
  • Basic computer skills preferred 
  • 2+ years of machine operation or similar manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience operating heavy machinery such as brake press, turret, or fin press preferred 
  • Experience programming and operating CNC machines preferred
