Packaging Associate - Wrapper / Skidder

Location: York, PA

Pay: $22.55/hr + $1.50 shift differential

Shift: 2nd Shift

Join Our Packaging Associate Team

Work You Will Do:

Play a key part in preparing our commercial air handling units for shipment
Clean and prep units for wrapping or painting
Place units on skids and secure them using shrink wrap, banding, and tape
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move units and materials
Apply rust preventative spray and prep units for paint as needed
Use hand tools like heat guns, nail guns, and saws to complete packaging

Job Requirements:

Less than high school education accepted with relevant experience or training
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Forklift license (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
